Can you help with (insert your symptoms here)?I have treated thousands of different muscular, joint, and skeletal injuries, so the answer is invariably 'Yes!'. If you have a particularly unusual condition that you have questions about, feel free to get in touch at osteokatie@gmail.com or (647) 927-8190. If I can't help, I'll point you in the right direction.
-
How long does each appointment last?In an initial consultation we will spend 60 minutes together face-to-face or 30 mintues together remotely. This gives us enough time to take a thorough history and perform a full holistic assessment. When we meet in-person, osteopathic treatment begins in this first meeting. Follow-up sessions last 40 minutes or 20 minutes remotely. We'll discuss your progress, continue treatment, and go over stretches and advice for home care.
-
How many appointments will I need? It's different for everyone. The number of sessions you need depends on a number of factors that I will screen you for during our first meeting. My aim is to help you understand the root cause of your symptoms and offer advice that will help you recover in as few sessions as possible.
